Job Title: Digital Art Director

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create visually appealing graphics, product visuals and campaigns that reflect our brand aesthetic.
  • Develop and execute a content strategy for social media that resonates with Gen Z + Millennial women.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, viral formats, and content styles and adapt them for the brand.
  • Edit high-quality video content using editing apps and photo tools.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm campaign ideas, content calendars, and seasonal drops.
  • Assist in photography shoots, suggest styling ideas, capture behind-the-scenes, and create mood boards.
  • Tell engaging stories about product features through content.
  • Owning the process from concept to publish-ready content.
Preferred Skills & Qualities:
  • A strong portfolio of social media-first content.
  • An excellent sense of aesthetics, typography, color, and layout.
  • Knowledge of fashion/retail trends and how to market them online.
  • The ability to ideate scripts, captions, and hooks for engaging short-form videos.
  • Proficiency in graphic design and video editing.
  • Basic cinematography skills.
  • Proactive, independent, and eager to experiment with new ideas.
  • An understanding of analytics.
  • Strong time management: able to juggle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
