Job Description

We are seeking an innovative and experienced storyteller to join our team as a Telco Content Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing compelling narratives around 4G/5G network, AI/ML applications, and next-gen telco solutions. Your mission will be to create high-impact collateral, including customer proposals, executive decks, whitepapers, and infographics that showcase the value of these technologies.

As a key member of our CTO team, you will collaborate with experts to extract technical insights and turn them into customer-ready stories. Your ability to design thought leadership content for industry events, blogs, and social media will help establish our brand as a leader in the telco industry.

You will also be responsible for developing visual storytelling assets, including infographics, journey maps, and data visualizations to communicate complex solutions. Additionally, you will align all content with our brand tone, positioning, and go-to-market messaging.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of content creation & storytelling in 4G/5G domains, with a solid understanding of network architecture, optimization, testing, and emerging AI/ML applications in telecom. They will possess excellent written & verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.

In terms of experience, we are looking for someone with 3+ years in telecom, preferably with Tier-1 operators, OEMs, or consulting firms. The successful candidate will have a strong portfolio of executive-level presentations, infographics, and visual narratives, as well as proficiency in PowerPoint or any content design tools.

Finally, we require someone with strong collaboration skills across sales, technical, and marketing teams, who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment to deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3+ years in telecom (preferably with Tier-1 operators, OEMs, or consulting firms)
