We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Therapeutic Intervention Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will work closely with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to provide expert care and support.

• Early Developmental Screening Knowledge: The ability to assess and identify developmental delays in infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.
• Assessment & Evaluation Skills: The capacity to evaluate an individual's motor, cognitive, and sensory abilities, identifying areas for intervention and development.
• Intervention Planning: The skill to design and implement tailored intervention plans for at-risk individuals, focusing on their unique needs and goals.
• Patient and Family Education: The ability to educate patients and families on therapeutic interventions, promoting understanding and active participation in the treatment process.
• Observation & Analytical Skills: The capacity to observe and analyze patient behavior, recognizing patterns and anomalies that inform treatment decisions.
• Documentation & Reporting: The ability to accurately document patient progress, maintaining detailed records and reports for effective communication and collaboration.
• Interdisciplinary Teamwork: The willingness to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, fostering open communication and coordination of care.
• Communication & Counseling Skills: The ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues, providing empathetic counseling and support as needed.
• Adaptability & Cultural Sensitivity: The capacity to adapt to diverse patient populations, cultural backgrounds, and clinical settings, demonstrating respect and sensitivity in all interactions.
• Knowledge of Referral Systems & Community Resources: Familiarity with local referral systems and community resources, facilitating access to necessary services and support.
