Key Responsibilities:

• Generate comprehensive monthly management information reports, encompassing balance sheets and profit/loss statements, along with weekly progress updates.

• Manage the preparation and submission of GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B returns, as well as ISD workings and filings, including reconciliation of ITC based on GSTR-2B and books. Ensure timely follow-up with vendors for necessary clarifications.

• Handle TDS workings and return filings in compliance with statutory requirements.

• Provide support for internal, external, and tax audits, including the preparation of audit reports.

• Facilitate month-end activities, including updating financial accounting records, depreciation computations, prepaid expense tracking, etc.

• Assist with accounts payable processing in limited areas.

• Conduct thorough reviews of general ledgers to ensure accuracy and integrity of all financial transactions.

• Address ad-hoc requirements related to finance and accounting functions.

Experience & Skills Required:

• Proven experience in accounting and financial operations.

• Proficiency in financial reporting and reconciliation techniques.

• Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and other relevant statutory compliances.

• Familiarity with Tally Prime and MS Office applications.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
