Software Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to contribute to the development of trusted market-leading technology products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement software solutions that meet technical requirements and improve operational stability of software applications and systems
  • Lead evaluation sessions with external vendors, startups, and internal teams to drive outcomes-oriented probing of architectural designs, technical credentials, and applicability for use within existing systems and information architecture
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities to eliminate or automate remediation of recurring issues and enhance overall system efficiency
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to inform strategic decision-making and drive innovation
  • Contribute to a culture of diversity, inclusion, and respect by promoting equal opportunities and fostering a positive team environment

Required Qualifications:

  • Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience
  • Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
  • Advanced skills in one or more programming languages
  • Proficiency in automation and continuous delivery methods
  • Proficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle
  • Solid understanding of application security principles and best practices
  • Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs using Java
  • Cloud computing skills, including AWS development, Terraform, and cloud design patterns
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and their application in software development
  • Demonstrated expertise in software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline
