Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Visual Communications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for designing and developing visual materials that effectively communicate our brand message.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented designer to take on new challenges and contribute to the success of our organization. You will work closely with our marketing and product teams to develop visually appealing materials that meet our branding guidelines.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality visual assets, including brochures, lookbooks, catalogues, and manuals using Adobe InDesign.
  • Design and layout digital content for web, social media, print, exhibitions, and presentations.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand communication.
  • Develop packaging, event creatives, invites, signage, and in-store branding materials.
  • Optimize graphics for various platforms (digital and print) and handle print-ready file preparation.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • A strong sense of layout, typography, and brand aesthetics.
  • Prior experience in print design, digital assets creation, and publication design.
  • Ability to handle multiple design projects and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience (experience in product-based or design-oriented industries preferred).

Bonus Skills:

The following skills are highly desirable:

  • Experience in furniture or interior design sectors.
  • Basic knowledge of photography editing or product styling.
  • Exposure to tools like Canva, CorelDRAW, or Lightroom.
