We are seeking a seasoned expert in MLOps and ML Architecture to join our organization.

Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will have 14-16 years of total experience, with 3-5 years of relevant experience on Sagemaker AI. As an experienced architect, you will be responsible for designing a scalable and modular ML system (batch, real-time, or LLM) that can be independently developed, tested, and operated.

  • You will ensure the consistency of feature data between offline training and online operations by establishing robust data pipelines.
  • You will govern data in a feature store and promote collaboration between teams with a centralized platform.
  • You will implement MLOps principles of automated testing, versioning, and monitoring of features and models to optimize model performance.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and develop ML models from time-series tabular data in a feature store using advanced techniques such as fine-tuning and RAG.
  2. Personalize LLMs using fine-tuning and RAG to improve model accuracy.
  3. Validate models using evaluation data from a feature store to ensure model performance.
  4. Identify and develop reusable model-independent features that can be applied across multiple models.
  5. Identify and develop model-dependent features that require specific model architecture.
  6. Identify and develop on-demand (real-time) features that require immediate processing.
  7. Validate feature data, test feature functions, and test ML pipelines to ensure model accuracy.
  8. Schedule feature pipelines and batch inference pipelines to optimize model performance.
  9. Deploy real-time models connected to a feature store to ensure seamless integration.
  10. Log and monitor features and models with a feature store to track performance.
  11. Develop user-interfaces to ML systems to enable efficient model deployment.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of MLOps and ML architecture principles.
  • Experience with Sagemaker AI and feature stores.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with cross-functional teams.
