Job Summary

The Senior Service Technician plays a pivotal role in our team, overseeing and coordinating service staff activities and services as needed.

  • Leads the support team in resolving complex technology issues and troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and service processes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assists in supervising and directing service staff to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Provides training and guidance to other technicians on advanced problem-solving techniques and technical expertise.
  • Collaborates with experienced technical staff and leadership to resolve intricate problems and inquiries.
  • Reviews and verifies statistical information within the ITSM tool to guarantee data accuracy and integrity.
  • Maintains the ITSM knowledge base of problems and resolutions by working closely with the service team to research and solve issues.
  • Serves as an expert on primary support product lines.
  • Pursues opportunities for growth through automation, innovation, and process improvement.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in related support service fields.
  • Strong understanding of accounting applications and Microsoft products.
  • Experience supporting end-users in a Microsoft environment and troubleshooting computer and mobile device hardware.
  • An associate degree in an IT-related field or equivalent combination of education and technical training is required.
  • Windows 10/11, CompTIA A+, or Microsoft Azure certification is desirable.
