Job Title: Senior DFT Engineer

Detailed description of the position:

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing Digital Fault Tolerance (DFT) solutions to ensure high-quality products.

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of DFT concepts, including scan insertion, ATPG, coverage analysis, and transition delay test coverage analysis.
  • Apply expertise in scripting languages such as perl and shell to automate testing processes.
  • Collaborate with international teams to develop and implement test modes and timing constraints.
  • Conduct RTL and gate level simulations of scan and MBIST test vectors to validate designs.
  • Utilize tools like Synopsis TetraMax/DFTMax and Cadence Encounter Test to ensure efficient testing.
