**Job Opportunity:**

We are seeking a skilled professional with extensive experience in architectural design and project coordination to join our team at a Jammu location.

  • Excellent communication skills, particularly in identifying and addressing complex architectural challenges.
  • Strong proficiency in design software such as Cad, Sketchup, Revit, and BIM.
  • Able to prepare detailed working drawings and architectural reports.
  • Good understanding of building services and coordination.
  • Tolerant of ambiguity and willing to seek multiple solutions for site coordination and problem-solving.
  • Effective multitasking skills with the ability to work under extreme pressure.
  • Previous experience in working at a construction site is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting architectural design on a day-to-day basis.
  • Developing and presenting comprehensive designs using various design software.
  • Ensuring effective site coordination and resolving site-related issues proactively.
  • Preparing accurate working drawings and detailing documents.
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve seamless building services and coordination.
  • Producing high-quality architectural reports and documents.
