Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing day-to-day financial activities, including accounts payable and receivable processing, invoice verification, and expense management.

The Financial Operations Specialist will also review and approve journal entries and reconciliations, ensuring compliance with accounting policies and procedures. Additionally, the role involves identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities, as well as providing support and guidance to junior team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a BPM/SSC or similar environment
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
  • Experience with accounting software, such as E1, QuickBooks or SAP
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
