Role Overview: 

We're seeking a Strategic Marketing Lead to blend brand marketing with content creation, leading the team that develops ad creatives and spearheads new marketing initiatives from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ideate and execute insight-driven campaigns to boost visibility and trust among international relocating pet parents.

- Own end-to-end ideation and execution of social campaigns, video storytelling, brand partnerships, and more.

- Collaborate closely with content creators, designers, marketers, and founders to ensure brand consistency and campaign impact.

- Maintain consistent messaging across formats and optimize user journeys to improve lead generation and conversion rates.

- Regularly analyze campaign effectiveness and iterate strategies based on real-time data.

- Build narratives that resonate with relocating pet parents by leveraging psychographic insights.

- Craft sharp, emotional messaging for landing pages, ads, scripts, influencer briefs, and brand stories.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 3-5 years in creative strategy or brand marketing for consumer brands, with strong interest in aesthetics', testing, and audience targeting.

- Creative thinker with good aesthetic sense and willingness to learn - turns complex ideas into engaging campaigns in collaboration with performance marketing teams.

- Strong eye for design and content; experienced in cross-functional collaboration with designers, video editors and performance marketing team .

- Data-driven and hands-on; skilled in tools to analyze creatives is a bonus.
