Lead AI Architect

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead to shape the architecture and lead delivery of new systems in a fast-growing domain.

This is a foundational leadership role combining stability with the upside of equity participation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Architecture & Build: Define and lead the architecture of new systems, integrate open-source AI testing libraries, and deliver lightweight solutions in cloud environments.
  • AI Model Testing: Build and rigorously test models against fairness, robustness, explainability, and governance principles, implement reproducible pipelines for evaluation and benchmarking, and create dashboards suitable for supervisors and clients.
  • Collaboration & Growth: Partner with global Responsible AI leaders, translate complex governance requirements into practical engineering-led solutions, and contribute to pilots, client delivery, and the technical roadmap of our solutions.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven track record building, training, and evaluating AI/ML models.
  • Experience developing or integrating AI testing tools strongly preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and modern ML/AI libraries.
  • Experience with cloud computing and knowledge of scaling, training, and deployment of AI models.
  • Awareness of Responsible AI frameworks and hands-on familiarity with explainability and fairness tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to operate across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Intellectual curiosity, self-drive, and ambition to grow into a senior technical leadership role.
  • A collaborative style: someone who values kindness, honesty, and humility.
