Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate individual to fill the role of Quality Assurance Specialist. You will work closely with our technical team to ensure a seamless learning experience for students.

  • Main Responsibilities:">
  • Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.">
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.">
  • Collaborate with developers and designers to identify root causes of defects and ensure timely fixes.">
  • Create and maintain test documentation to improve QA workflows.">
  • Conduct manual testing and build automated test suites for faster release cycles.">
  • Ensure usability, accessibility, and cross-browser/cross-device compatibility.">
  • Track and report bugs using JIRA/Trello; manage testing cycles with TestRail or similar tools.">
  • Contribute to QA process improvements and release management practices.">
  • Stay updated with QA frameworks, automation tools, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Minimum 1 year of QA experience, preferably in a product-based company.">
  • Proficiency with test management tools (TestRail, Zephyr, etc.) and bug tracking systems (JIRA, Trello).">
  • Hands-on knowledge of automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar) is a plus.">
  • Familiarity with cloud-based testing platforms (BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, etc.).">
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.">
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.">
  • Passion for product quality, continuous improvement, and learning.
