Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Motion Designer and Video Content Creator to produce high-quality animated educational videos.

The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in motion design, video content creation, or explainer video production.

A strong portfolio showcasing 2D or motion graphic explainers, preferably in the crypto or fintech domain, is essential.

The successful candidate will be able to break down complex topics into clean, engaging, and visually compelling stories, working closely with scriptwriters, product teams, and creative leads.

Responsibilities include designing and animating explainer videos, transforming scripts and storyboards into polished motion videos, collaborating with copywriters and SMEs to simplify complex content, creating animated assets, recording or editing voiceovers, and maintaining brand style guides.

The role requires expertise in Adobe After Effects, Figma, Premiere Pro, Audacity, Descript, and comfort with AI voiceover tools and royalty-free music sourcing.

The ideal candidate will be able to work under creative direction while proposing improvements and delivering high-quality output within tight deadlines.

  • Design and animate explainer videos in a style similar to Coinbase Learn.
  • Transform scripts and storyboards into polished motion videos.
  • Collaborate with copywriters and SMEs to simplify complex content.
  • Create animated assets (charts, UI flows, crypto concepts).
  • Record or edit voiceovers, sync audio, and apply subtle sound design.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • 3-6 years in motion design, video content creation, or explainer video production
  • Solid portfolio of 2D or motion graphic explainers (crypto or fintech domain is a big plus)
  • Strong storytelling ability and comfort working with abstract concepts
  • Ability to work under creative direction while also proposing improvements

Additional qualifications include familiarity with Web3, tokens, wallets, or DeFi systems, as well as experience creating educational content for YouTube or learning platforms.
