Role Overview

We're seeking a Digital Brand Storyteller to bring Drawn's story to life across digital platforms. As our ideal candidate, you have a keen eye for visuals, a knack for unique storytelling, and a strong pulse on social media trends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation & Curation: Plan, create, and manage visually compelling content for all social channels, with a strong emphasis on Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest.
  • Unique Storytelling & Campaign Ideation: Generate fresh and engaging storytelling and campaign ideas, capturing Drawn's essence and keeping our audience engaged and inspired.
  • Trend Tracking & Execution: Keep a close eye on social media trends, implementing relevant ideas and strategies quickly to keep Drawn's content engaging and timely.
  • Community Engagement: Actively engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and engaging with followers in a way that reflects Drawn's personality and brand values.
  • Campaign & Ad Management: Lead and execute social media campaigns that support product launches, collaborations, and seasonal promotions. Monitor ad performance, optimize for best results, and provide data-driven insights to enhance reach and engagement.
  • Coordination with Partners & Vendors: Collaborate with partners, vendors on social media projects, ensuring smooth communication and timely execution.
  • Influencer & Artist Collaboration: Identify and work with influencers, artists, and brand advocates to create meaningful partnerships that expand our reach and connect with new audiences.
  • Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve reach, engagement, and conversion.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience managing social media, preferably for a luxury fashion brand.
  • Skills: Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later) and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Instagram Insights); experience in ad management and performance tracking.
  • Creative Vision: Strong understanding of visual aesthetics, brand voice, and audience engagement, with a focus on unique storytelling.
  • Trend Awareness: Ability to stay ahead of and quickly execute on social media trends, integrating them into Drawn's strategy effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, with a knack for creating captions that resonate and inspire.
  • Project Management: Highly organized, with experience in coordinating with partners and managing multiple projects and deadlines.
