Private Equity Associate Job Description

The Private Equity Associate will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the private equity fund. This includes analyzing new investment opportunities, creating detailed cash flow projections, and managing the preparation of investor presentations.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze financial data to identify potential investment opportunities
  • Create comprehensive reports and presentations for investors and clients
  • Manage due diligence activities for originations and acquisitions
  • Oversee the daily operations of the private equity portfolio, including portfolio management and investor relations
Requirements:
  • Minimum five years of experience in financial analysis or real estate investment
  • Superior financial modeling skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to create professional-looking reports and presentations in Microsoft Power Point
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in real estate, finance, accounting, economics, or other related business discipline
