Job Title: Senior Academic Leader

We are seeking an experienced and innovative academic leader to join our team as a Senior Academic Leader. This is a critical role that will involve developing and implementing strategies to enhance the quality of educational content.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership & Management
  • Lead a team of educators in designing and delivering high-quality educational content aligned with the Cambridge curriculum.
  • Develop and implement schedules for training and development programs to ensure educators are adequately prepared to deliver premium demo sessions.
  • Performance Evaluation & Feedback
  • Set performance goals, conduct regular reviews, and provide constructive feedback to team members to improve their skills and abilities.
  • Content Development & Delivery
  • Collaborate with subject experts and graphic designers to develop high-quality demo assets that meet the latest curriculum standards.
  • Deliver high-stakes or premium demo sessions (Premier Demos) to prospective parents and students, showcasing best-in-class teaching practices.
  • Analysis & Improvement
  • Monitor and analyze audience response to premier demos and adapt the demo approach to maximize conversion rates.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Improve demo-to-conversion rate (%) over time.
  • Enhance Quality Score of demo sessions (based on audits).
  • Provide timely and accurate updates to demo content.
  • Monitor demo team performance metrics (e.g., punctuality, quality, feedback scores).
  • Conduct Premier Demos and training sessions per quarter.
  • Reduce demo rescheduling or parent dissatisfaction incidents.
