Faculty Position in Education

  • Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and practicals, using data-driven insights to inform instruction.
  • Participate in curriculum development and academic planning, contributing to the enhancement of our educational programs.
  • Provide mentorship, academic counseling, and career guidance to students, helping them achieve their academic and professional goals.
  • Engage in research, publications, and faculty development programs, staying current with best practices in education and pedagogy.
  • Maintain a positive learning environment, promoting student discipline, engagement, and academic success.
  • Support institutional initiatives, accreditation, and quality improvement activities, upholding the highest standards of academic excellence.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Education (M.Ed) with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent.
  • NET/Ph.D. in Education preferred for advanced positions.
  • Minimum 2-15 years of teaching experience in a reputable institution.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills, with expertise in teaching technology and pedagogical methods.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of educational trends, research, and innovations, with a passion for lifelong learning.
