SAP Service Consultant Expertise

Experience in SAP Customer Service module is required for this role.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of the SAP CS module, encompassing Org. Structure, Master Data / Supporting Document Types for Service, Pricing, Corrective Maintenance Service, Preventive Maintenance Service, and Service Contract Management.
  • Develop integration of SAP with non-SAP applications leveraging strong technical skills.
  • Proficiently handle Issues, troubleshoot, support functions, and ticketing tools like Service Now and Solution Manager.
  • Maintain high levels of customer trust through excellent communication skills.
  • Necessary Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent from a recognized institution.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in SAP CS module, with expertise in S/4 HANA Rise on AWS and S4 Certification.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities, with capability to thrive in fast-paced 24x5 support environment.
