**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage all aspects of the lifecycle of the ServiceNow platform, including design, development, planning, implementation, configuration, and ongoing support.
  • Perform tasks for ServiceNow implementation, including but not limited to: configuration, integration, and testing.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Develop workflows and applications within the ServiceNow platform, which support the streamlining and automation of business processes.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between the ServiceNow platform and external systems.
  • Monitor and manage platform upgrades, development, QA, and production environments.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to the ServiceNow platform.
  • Make recommendations for improvements regarding the platform, processes, or reporting.
  • User management and support related to the ServiceNow platform.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years related experience in IT Infrastructure & application management, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3+ Years in development with ServiceNow Platform with focus on the IRM Module.
  • Experience working with customers to understand requirements and implementing solutions/initiatives in ServiceNow.
  • Understanding of Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and common service level agreement (SLA) measurements.

**Preferred Skills:**

  • ServiceNow Certifications.
  • Experience with ITIL and IRM/ITSM.
  • Developing ServiceNow technologies to drive digital transformation.
  • Planning, organizing, and managing work in an Agile Scrum work model utilizing Sprint and Kanban processes.
