Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Content Management (ECM) professional to lead the design, development, and deployment of content management solutions driving digital transformation across enterprise platforms.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in IBM FileNet P8 and related technologies, with a solid understanding of ECM principles, workflow automation, document management, and business process management.

  • Design and implement scalable ECM solutions using IBM FileNet P8 and related technologies
  • Lead end-to-end content lifecycle management including capture, storage, retrieval, and archival
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Manage digital communication workflows and ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems
  • Oversee project delivery, timelines, and stakeholder communication
  • Conduct performance tuning, troubleshooting, and upgrades of ECM platforms
Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience with IBM FileNet P8, Content Navigator, and Case Manager. Solid understanding of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) principles. Experience in workflow automation, document management, and business process management.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • IBM FileNet certification is a plus
  • PMP or Agile certification preferred
