Job Title: Software Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our global team of experts in digital transformation. Our ideal candidate is a skilled professional with a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Test Plans: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop detailed manual test cases and test plans based on requirements and user stories, particularly for Marketing Cloud data.
  • Functional Regression Integration UI and Exploratory Testing: Perform functional regression integration UI and exploratory testing of software applications to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Defect Identification and Reporting: Identify document and report defects in the issue tracking system, collaborating with developers to ensure timely resolution.
  • Participate in Requirement Analysis and Design Reviews: Provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems, including those related to Marketing Cloud interactions.
  • Collaboration with QA Automation Team: Work closely with the QA automation team to identify test cases for automation and provide manual testing support where necessary.
  • Comprehensive Test Coverage: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • User Experience Advocacy: Provide feedback on usability and advocate for the end-user experience.
  • Testing Activities and Project Quality Status Reports: Document and provide clear reports on testing activities and project quality status.
  • QA Best Practices: Follow the established QA Best Practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in software quality assurance.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with Marketing Cloud data and its applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
