Embedded Software Engineer

As an Embedded Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative embedded software solutions using C++.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing firmware for embedded systems using C/C++ and GTest for unit testing
  • Working with real-time operating systems (RTOS) such as Zephyr to deliver high-performance applications
  • Designing and implementing data acquisition modules and board bring-up for optimal system integration
  • Debugging and troubleshooting complex issues to ensure robust system reliability
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware peripherals and enhance overall system functionality
  • Managing version control using Git and collaborating with teams using Jira and Confluence for efficient project management

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in embedded software development with C++ to drive innovation and quality
  • Hands-on experience with RTOS-based application development to achieve high-quality results
  • Knowledge of communication interfaces such as I2C, SPI, RS232/485, USB to enable seamless data transfer
  • Understanding of industrial protocols like Ethernet, Modbus, REST to facilitate system integration
  • Experience with MQTT, HTTP, BLE, Wi-Fi, and web servers to support diverse system requirements
