Responsibilities:
* Reviewing contracts to identify key terms and conditions.

* Collaborating with clients, including external vendors, law firms, annuity service providers, quality auditors, and IP operations function heads.
Requirements:
* Law degree (LLB) is required.
* Post-LLB experience in contract review, redlining, drafting, and vetting is an added advantage.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite and strong analytical skills to comprehensively evaluate data.
* Ability to work accurately under pressure, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of concentration and focus.
