About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in performance/growth marketing, with a proven track record of managing annual digital media spends of at least ₹100 crores. They should also have experience working in a fintech environment, with a deep understanding of the industry's unique challenges and opportunities. In addition, they should be able to collaborate with data, product, engineering, and business teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to improve funnel conversion rates and drive long-term growth
- Manage merchant retention and design programs to re-activate churned merchants
- Drive efficiency in digital paid marketing channels, ensuring a minimum of 10% quarter-over-quarter growth
- Collaborate with data, product, engineering, and business teams to achieve business objectives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from a tier 1 institute (preferably IIT/IIM/BITS/ISB)
- Expertise in programmatic digital marketing channels (Google/Facebook/DV360) and their incremental value in driving business objectives
- At least 8 years of experience in performance/growth marketing, with a proven track record of managing annual digital media spends of at least ₹100 crores
- Experience working in a fintech environment, with a deep understanding of the industry's unique challenges and opportunities
