Job Title: Financial Planning and Analysis Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist to lead the successful delivery of comprehensive financial planning and analysis projects. This role involves hands-on execution of project deliverables, strategic client consultation, and mentoring of junior consultants.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in financial planning and analysis and cross-functional knowledge across accounting, finance, and technology.

  • Lead or support end-to-end implementations of comprehensive financial planning and analysis solutions for mid-sized to large enterprise clients.
  • Facilitate discovery and planning workshops, gather and document requirements, and design scalable solutions aligned with industry best practices.
  • Configure business processes, reports, and integrations in financial planning and analysis modules.
  • Perform rigorous testing and provide ongoing support throughout deployment.
  • Ensure quality and consistency in deliverables across multiple, concurrent projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Delivery
  • Facilitate discovery and planning workshops.
  • Design scalable solutions aligned with industry best practices.
  • Configure business processes, reports, and integrations.
  • Perform rigorous testing.
Client Engagement
  • Act as a subject matter expert in financial planning and analysis.
  • Offer strategic advice and best practices to clients.
  • Interpret client requirements and propose alternative solutions.
Leadership & Mentorship
  • Guide junior consultants by assigning tasks and providing developmental feedback.
  • Share lessons learned and implementation insights with project teams and internal knowledge forums.

The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline, and 7+ years of hands-on experience with ERP/Financials implementations. The candidate should also have minimum 4+ years of direct experience implementing comprehensive financial planning and analysis solutions and deep expertise in one or more financial planning and analysis modules. Active certification in financial planning and analysis required and must be maintained through ongoing recertification.
