Job Description

At ADCI - Karnataka, we are seeking an experienced and influential Diversity, Sr. Mgr., India to lead our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping our DEI strategy and driving business impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and drive our DEI strategy and initiatives
  • Lead DEI Business Partners to build and execute the DEI strategy
  • Leverage mechanisms to regularly update business leaders on progress and business impact
  • Build DEI plans aligned and in support of our business plans
  • Develop goals and strategies
  • Implement and scale initiatives globally across large, diverse, and multifunctional organizations
  • Provide consulting to PXT Business Partners and Sr. leaders to develop appropriate reports, metrics, and research
  • Maintain DEI data integrity and report on such data
  • Partner with the PXT team to develop mechanisms that foster a more inclusive environment
  • Earn trust across a range of levels and disciplines to establish yourself and the team as a trusted tech SME with business partners and HR teams
  • Be an active member of the DEI community teams and affinity groups
  • Partner with Central IXT teams to share and identify best practices, leverage effective tools from across Amazon, and deploy them in a way that is meaningful to business partners
  • Influence global diversity strategies and practices across all of Amazon through collaborative partnership with the broader IXT Organization
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience in People Management
  • Experience operating as strategic global partners for leaders, defining and delivering diversity strategies with significant business impact. Global cultural expertise, specifically in India, Middle East, Africa, and/or Latin America.
  • Previous work that focuses on efforts that solve large, significantly complex, and/or highly confidential problems to surface proposals grounded in subject matter expertise and internal/external research
  • Significant experience working in an HR or business function
Preferred Qualifications
  • Analytical skills and the ability to think strategically and programmatically
  • Relevant DEI experience
  • Experience in enabling and embedding world-class projects across multiple businesses
  • Experience and credibility as a leader in an environment where the ability to influence, work across a complex matrix, and build relationships is critical
  • Organizational skills, successful collaboration with colleagues, and a results orientation
  • Ability to identify and surface risks/opportunities in org-level strategies and make trade-offs: business opportunity vs. resources vs. sustainability
  • A driven, results-oriented, and resourceful leader who is capable of quickly taking control of their responsibilities and establishing themselves as a credible strategic partner
  • Leadership management experience
  • A highly effective written communicator with the ability to clearly and concisely express ideas, concepts, and proposals to engage team, peers, and leaders
