About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Digital Account Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for devising campaign strategies, interacting with copy and design teams, and maintaining accurate client records.

  • Develop campaign strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns and needs
  • Maintain up-to-date client records and track financial metrics
  • Analyze information and communicate effectively with teams
  • Contribute to account team efforts through brainstorming and creative input
  • Present ideas to clients in a clear and compelling manner
  • Meet project deadlines while delivering high-quality work
  • Understand consumer behavior and drive brand success

The ideal candidate will have experience working with Fin-tech brands or clientele, possessing strong communication and time management skills, attention to detail, excellent client servicing skills, basic presentation skills, understanding of copywriting, and intermediate Excel/Google Suite skills.
