Job Title: Architect with 0-2+ Years of Experience

This role involves working as a skilled architect, utilizing your expertise to design and develop projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for constructing clear diagrams using AutoCAD and ensuring that all designs meet industry standards and government regulations.

The ideal candidate will have an in-depth knowledge of project completion steps and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients. You should also be able to conduct quality assurance checks on a regular basis to ensure compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analysing architectural designs and plans to ensure they meet industry standards and government regulations
  • Researching and inquiring about different materials and their applications in architectural designs
  • Supervising junior architects and assigning them tasks and responsibilities
  • Scheduling and delivering at skill enhancement workshops to improve team performance
  • Explaining design requirements and specifications to builders, electricians, and technicians
  • Communicating project status and completion timelines to clients and stakeholders
  • Preparing building models and structure plans using AutoCAD and Revit
  • Conducting mockup sessions to test and refine architectural designs
  • Guiding the construction project from start to finish, ensuring high-quality results
  • Presenting project briefs to clients, outlining scope, budget, and timelines
  • Understanding client requirements, preferences, and environmental impacts on the construction project
  • Creating blueprints and making alterations based on client feedback
  • Developing projects while adhering to specified budgets and timelines
  • Undertaking regular site visits and inspections to ensure project progress and quality
  • Developing and interpreting a range of structural designs and acting as a mentor, manager, and advisor
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in construction and architecture
  • Strong organisational, creative, and presentation skills
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit software
