Aster Medcity is seeking a seasoned professional to lead procurement efforts as a Procurement Category Manager in our dynamic team. This role will be instrumental in identifying and evaluating potential suppliers, negotiating contracts, and maintaining relationships with vendors.

  • **Procurement Management**: Lead the development of procurement strategies and plans aligned with the organization's objectives and requirements
  • **Vendor Selection**: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery performance
  • **Contract Negotiation**: Participate in contract negotiations to ensure favorable terms and conditions
  • **Purchase Order Management**: Create and manage purchase orders to initiate procurement transactions and track orders until delivery
  • **Cost Optimization**: Conduct cost analysis and market research to identify opportunities for cost reduction and ensure competitive pricing
  • **Supplier Performance Evaluation**: Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, including delivery times and product quality
