Job Title: Technical Content Writer

We are seeking a highly skilled and accomplished Technical Content Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Data, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI (GenAI), and Digital Transformation technologies.

The successful applicant will be responsible for creating engaging and informative content that showcases our organization's expertise in the Data & AI space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create compelling narratives for both technical and business audiences.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and SMEs to gather insights and validate content for accuracy.
  • Support product marketing, sales enablement, and campaigns with persuasive content assets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in technical writing, preferably in AI, Data Science, Cloud, or Digital Transformation domains.
  • Strong knowledge of AI/ML, GenAI tools, Data platforms, Cloud technologies, and digital strategies.

Focusing on Thought Leadership:

  • Understand and explain technical topics clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in writing for developer audiences, business stakeholders, and enterprise customers.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple content deliverables with tight deadlines.
  • Experience with collaboration tools such as Confluence, Notion, Google Workspace, Jira, Trello.

We seek candidates with experience working in tech consulting, SaaS, or enterprise IT services environments, bonus points for those with experience in creating content for proposals, RFPs/RFIs and technical solution documents.
