Job Brief

We're looking for a meticulous individual to evaluate websites thoroughly as a real customer would.

  • Review assigned websites to understand their purpose and functionalities.
  • Conduct a detailed testing checklist and document results clearly, highlighting any discrepancies or issues encountered.
  • Walk through key user journeys (homepage → product → cart/checkout → confirmation), ensuring seamless navigation and intuitive interfaces.
  • Identify and report critical issues: content errors, accessibility problems, and usability challenges.
  • Verify payment options (e.g., credit/debit, PayPal, Apple/Google Pay) and submit a test transaction per instructions, adhering to security protocols.
  • Validate post-purchase signals: order confirmation page, email receipts, account history, and other relevant data points.
  • Capture evidence: screenshots, timestamps, URLs, device/browser info, steps to reproduce, expected vs. actual results, and any additional relevant information.
  • Prioritize issues by severity and impact; suggest quick wins where appropriate, promoting efficient resolution and improvement.
  • Communicate progress, blockers, and completion status on time in our tracker, maintaining transparency and accountability.
  • Handle credentials, test data, and any Personal Identifiable Information (PII) securely, following established policies and best practices.
