Senior Luxury Graphic Artist

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for designing high-end visual collateral across print and digital media.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in luxury branding and graphic design skills, with experience creating for high-end audiences. You should have an eye for detail and understand the nuances of upscale design, from glossy magazine layouts and brochures to sophisticated digital content.
- Design Luxury Marketing Collateral: Create and oversee a range of visually exquisite marketing materials, including brochures, magazines, event catalogues, and digital advertisements, maintaining a consistent luxury look and feel.
- Brand Aesthetics & Consistency: Develop on-brand graphics for both print and digital platforms, ensuring a cohesive and luxurious visual identity across all channels.
- Creative Concept Development: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to conceptualise and execute design ideas that reflect our luxury positioning. Take creative briefs and turn them into on-trend, beautiful, and elegant designs that captivate our high-end clientele.
- Print and Digital Production: Prepare print-ready layouts for magazines, flyers, and other physical media, as well as optimise graphics for online use. Ensure all outputs meet quality standards befitting a luxury brand.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content writers, travel product managers, sales, etc.) to produce cohesive campaigns. Communicate effectively with team members to understand project goals and present design concepts.
- Brand Stewardship: Uphold and refine our brand's visual guidelines. Act as a steward of luxury design quality, reviewing and editing existing materials to elevate them to an upmarket, elegant standard.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in the luxury space (e.g. luxury retail, fashion, high-end hospitality, or magazine publishing).
- Design Portfolio: A strong, versatile portfolio that demonstrates taste, range, and a clear understanding of luxury content and aesthetics.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in modern design tools – especially Adobe Creative Suite (expert use of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) – is required.
- Design Fundamentals: Solid foundation in classic design principles, including impeccable attention to detail in kerning, colour, and composition.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, able to take constructive feedback and work iteratively with the team.
- Creative Vision: High creativity with a problem-solving mindset, able to take a brief or concept and develop it into a compelling visual story that aligns with luxury branding.
- Education: Degree / Education in Graphic Design or a related field is a plus (or equivalent professional experience).
