Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced leader to collaborate with Business and IT leadership to execute and communicate our technical vision, mission, and work priorities.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive progress towards roadmaps and ensure efficient technical product management
  • Create an environment for delivery teams to be self-governing organizations who are accountable for their own performance and delivery commitments
  • Remove roadblocks, cultivate relationships, and effectively communicate across IT and at various levels of leadership
  • Manage Engineer staffing strategy to ensure alignment to Scrum and Agile principles
  • Promote use of industry leading technology trends and continuously assess our IT needs and areas for improvement
  • Lead, develop, and mentor a high performing engineering team of individuals with a diverse range of technical skills and experiences

Requirements:

We require someone with a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience/training.

They must have strong technical leadership skills and extensive experience in Agile methodology-style leadership environments.

A minimum of 9 years' experience participating in delivery of solutions using ITIL / Agile / XP methodologies is required.

Experience in leading a team of individuals with various levels of skills and experience in potentially high stress and challenging situations is also necessary.

Language & Communication Skills:

Candidates must have excellent language and communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
