Senior Financial Analyst

A seasoned accounting professional will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, processing invoices and receipts efficiently, managing cash and banking transactions daily, handling accounts payable and receivable with precision, filing GST, TDS, and statutory returns on time, preparing and filing GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, and E-TDS returns, attending to Income Tax notices, monitoring financial transactions, reconciliations, and reports, assisting in audit processes, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies, and communicating effectively with clients, staff, and senior management.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts.
- Process invoices, receipts, and payments efficiently.
- Manage cash and banking transactions on a daily basis.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable with accuracy.
- Filing tax returns within deadlines.
- Prepare and file tax returns.
- Attend to tax notices and support statutory compliance.
- Monitor financial transactions, reconciliations, and reports.
- Assist in audit processes and ensure timely submissions.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Education: Master's Degree in Accounting / Finance (preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 3 years as an Accounts Officer / Sr. Accountant.
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles, GST, and Income Tax.
- Hands-on experience in tax filings.
- Proficiency in Accounting & Taxation software.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical ability.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
