About the Role:
  • Lead cross-functional teams in designing captivating brand experiences, campaign materials, and social media visuals
  • Create diverse design solutions, including print, digital, motion graphics, and layouts that push boundaries
  • Collaborate closely with content, video, and marketing teams to drive business results
  • Leverage AI and modern workflows to stay ahead of the curve and deliver exceptional designs
  • Mentor junior designers and establish high standards for creativity and innovation
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of professional design experience, preferably from an agency background
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
  • A strong portfolio showcasing versatile and creative work
  • Familiarity with typography, layout, branding, and visual hierarchy principles
  • Bonus: Proficiency in motion graphics, UI/UX, or AI-based design techniques
  • The ability to work independently with your own device
