
Strategic Project Coordinator

Job Summary:
This role oversees the execution of strategic projects and initiatives from the CFO's office, encompassing financial digitization and automation.
- Manage governance calendars, ensure timely tracking of critical deliverables across finance verticals (FP&A, Tax, Treasury, AR/AP, Compliance), and facilitate seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Act as a liaison between the CFO and teams including Projects, Procurement, HR, Legal, and Business Heads to drive alignment and effective communication.
- Prepare and monitor business performance dashboards, highlighting exceptions on financial KPIs, risk areas, and compliance gaps to inform strategic decisions.
- Develop and present executive-level presentations, MIS packs, and board decks to stakeholders.
- Ensure consistency of finance SOPs, risk registers, and program management trackers across all functions.
- Oversee monthly cash flow analysis, profitability improvement plans, and key business metrics in collaboration with relevant owners.
- Support fundraising efforts, investor reporting, and data room management for due diligence cycles.
- Implement internal audit findings, cost optimization initiatives, and working capital improvement plans effectively.
- Facilitate periodic cross-functional review meetings to document action items and follow-ups.
- The ideal candidate possesses a CA/MBA Finance background with 1-3 years of experience in finance program management, preferably in Design & Build, EPC, real estate, or infrastructure companies.
