Cloud Solutions Architect

Experienced Cloud Solutions Architect with 10+ years in modernizing legacy applications into scalable, cloud-native solutions using .NET Core, Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure. Skilled in microservices, CI/CD, SaaS architecture, and cloud migration.

Our ideal candidate has a strong background in DevOps, security best practices, and mentoring development teams. The ability to drive containerization efforts with Docker & Kubernetes is crucial. Additionally, defining and implementing robust CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc., is essential.

The role requires enforcing best practices in SaaS multi-tenancy, security, and data isolation. Collaboration with Product, DevOps, and QA teams to align technical direction with business goals is also vital. Conducting code reviews and mentoring development teams are key responsibilities. Evaluating and recommending optimal Azure/AWS services for migration and greenfield development is necessary.

Key skills:

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience with Microsoft .NET stack, including ASP.NET, .NET Core/.NET 6+
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms – Azure (preferred) or AWS/GCP
  • Hands-on experience with containerization tools (Docker) and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes)
  • Expertise in building and migrating applications to SaaS architectures
  • Strong understanding of microservices, REST APIs, gRPC, message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka)
  • Experience with SQL Server and NoSQL databases (Cosmos DB, MongoDB) in cloud environments
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM)
  • Familiarity with event-driven architectures, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and CQRS
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with AKS/EKS and serverless computing (Azure Functions, AWS Lambda)
  • Understanding of Zero Trust Architecture, OAuth2, OpenID Connect
  • Prior experience modernizing monolithic apps into cloud-native architecture
