Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a store, including management of inventory and supplies. This role involves managing new store setups, material planning, and coordinating with procurement teams to ensure timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory levels and ordering process to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Coordinate with procurement teams to schedule deliveries and ensure timely receipt of materials.
  • Prepare monthly reports on equipment performance, energy consumption, and material stock levels.
  • Collaborate with engineering staff to implement 5S principles and improve overall efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, JSA, and MOC documents to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Provide training and support to engineering staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure adherence to HSE and security norms, and implement measures to promote a safe working environment.
  • Oversee maintenance and operation of material handling equipment, including RST, Forklift, Hydra, and Crane.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, particularly in data analysis and visualization.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and FMS systems.
  • Experience in store management, material planning, and inventory control.
  • Certification in OSHA or equivalent is preferred.
