AI/ML Software Engineer Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement and deploy robust backend software solutions using Python with a focus on AI/ML applications.
  • Create high-performance RESTful APIs using FastAPI or equivalent frameworks to serve AI-powered features.
  • Develop responsive frontend user interfaces using React to visualize and interact with complex AI models and data.
  • Utilize the Azure cloud platform for application development and deployment, exploring new cloud services.
  • Architect and implement Generative AI solutions, including Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, to enhance model capabilities.
  • Work with Large Language Models (LLMs), fine-tune, prompt engineer and select optimal models.
  • Develop Agentic AI workflows using frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex for autonomous reasoning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research into impactful solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and a strong drive for continuous learning in AI/ML.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, tackling complex challenges independently.
  • Strong proficiency in Python programming, developing AI/ML applications.
  • Hands-on experience with React and Azure cloud platform services.
  • In-depth knowledge of API development with FastAPI.
  • Demonstrated experience with Generative AI concepts and LLMs.
  • Familiarity with RAG systems and Agentic AI frameworks.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
