Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Technical Lead to lead an assessment and improvement project for our client in the Telecom domain.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and consulting on ServiceNow, with a strong focus on IT Service Management (ITSM), Vendor Risk Management (VRM), Security Incident Management (SecOps), Configuration Management Database (CMDB), Asset Management, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the existing ServiceNow implementation, including workflows, integrations, and service request management.
  • Analyze and document current ITSM processes, identifying areas for improvement and proposing enhancements.
  • Evaluate the Service Catalogue and recommend optimization strategies.
  • Assess custom integrations with monitoring tools and suggest improvements.
  • Develop an assessment report with findings, recommendations, and an implementation roadmap.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementation and consulting.
  • Expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, VRM, SecOps, CMDB, Asset Management, and integrations.
  • Knowledge of ManageEngine and its integration capabilities.
  • Experience with workflow design, service catalog development, and automation.
  • Familiarity with IPAM, security incident management, and monitoring tool integrations.
