**Job Overview**

We are seeking an exceptional Data Driven Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving efficiencies throughout multiple functions, including Sales, Supply, Acquisitions, and Marketing.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • End-to-End Operations Management: Oversee and track day-to-day operations in the Auctions vertical to ensure seamless execution.
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Collect data to update operations metrics, achieve productivity targets, reduce costs, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Dashboards and Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards to track key business metrics, providing insights for informed decision-making.
  • Cross-Functional Partnerships: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance proprietary tools and systems in the Auctions vertical.
  • On-Ground Team Management: Coordinate and manage on-ground teams during document verification, car-pickup, and delivery stages.

**Requirements and Qualifications**

  • 1-3 years of professional experience in a ground ops role managing a team of 10+ members.
  • Prior experience in SQL and Advanced MS Excel is essential.
  • Advanced expertise in data analysis is mandatory.
  • Ability to think quantitatively and qualitatively about business problems and propose solutions.
  • Strong understanding of markets and business dynamics is required.
  • Excellent people management and leadership skills are necessary.
  • Strong articulation, communication, and interpersonal skills are expected.
  • Passion for working in a high-growth environment with high ownership numbers-driven roles is desired.

**Work Details**

  • 6 days working routine (Monday-Saturday)
  • Full-time, on-site work from the office located in Gurugram Sector 48, Haryana

**Estimated Salary:** ₹80,000 - ₹120,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience
