Business Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a critical role in driving business decisions with data-driven insights.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand analytics and reporting requirements.
  • Analyze feasibility studies and identify potential solutions.
  • Work with capabilities teams to source systems, data sets, and tables needed to fulfill requirements.
  • Develop technical solutions that meet functional requirements.
  • Create detailed business requirement documents (BRD) and functional design documents.
  • Perform unit testing of solutions and support user acceptance testing.
  • Facilitate communication between business and IT teams.
  • Support deployment of technical solutions to production environments.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in data analytics or data engineering roles.
  • Understanding of Supply Chain business processes.
  • Experience working on Analytics projects and implementation.
  • Familiarity with SAP ERP systems like ECC or S/4HANA.
  • Data modelling concepts and ability to identify relationships between data sets.
  • Exposure to SQL queries and ability to query data for analysis/troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communications skills, written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
