  • Cisco ICM/CCMP/CVP/CUIC & troubleshooting skills are required to ensure seamless communication services.
  • The ability to create MACD in Cisco UCCE & IPT platforms is crucial for successful deployment.
  • A clear understanding of VOIP protocols like SIP, H.323 and MGCP is necessary to ensure effective communication.
  • Awareness of ITIL process will help streamline our operations.
  • A clear understanding of Cisco Voice network deployment models is required for successful integration.
  • Knowledge of voice network devices is essential for optimal performance.
  • Familiarity with VOIP and Performance Management Tools is necessary to monitor and improve communication services.
  • Integration experience with other Tools will enable us to expand our capabilities.
  • A clear understanding of Telecom infrastructure protocols like ISDN and analog signalling is required for successful deployment.
  • Experience in 24/7 business support environment is essential for providing uninterrupted service.
  • Experience on Cisco Voice platform is necessary for successful implementation.
  • Work experience on CUCM/UCCE/UCCH/CVP platforms is required for optimal performance.
