Optimize Your Data Platform Career as a Senior Cloud Architect

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned cloud architect to drive the development of high-performance, scalable data platforms. The ideal candidate will leverage expertise in cloud-native infrastructure, ETL pipelines, IaC, DevOps, and unstructured data lake design to lead cross-functional teams and foster innovation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in data engineering, platform engineering, or cloud architecture with strong technical skills in cloud & data infrastructure, languages & tools, and data platforms.
  • 5+ years of experience leading high-performing teams in fast-paced product organizations with agile methodology expertise using tools like Jira, Confluence, and GitLab.
  • Strong people leadership and technical expertise with ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

Nice to Have:

  • Prior experience working in regulated industries or on platforms with high data privacy requirements.
  • Exposure to data governance frameworks and modern data stack technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of scalable ETL/ELT pipelines, real-time streaming data integrations (Kafka), and unstructured data lake solutions.
  • Architect and scale data platform infrastructure ensuring it supports growth, security, and performance expectations.
  • Implement coding standards, technical documentation, and continuous improvement practices.
  • Collaborate on planning, prioritization, release readiness, and roadmap alignment with cross-functional partners.
