Senior Full Stack Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team and lead the migration of our legacy platform to a modernized architecture. This high-impact project requires expertise in migrating legacy UI systems to Spring Boot microservices, hosting UI pages on AWS, and driving code refactoring, upgrades, security, and resilience improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop highly available, resilient, and secure production systems on AWS Cloud.
  • Migrate legacy UI systems to our new microservice architecture.
  • Upgrade legacy Java applications to Spring Boot applications ensuring high-quality and secure code.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to optimize deployment processes.
  • Troubleshoot issues, identify root cause, and implement effective resolutions.
  • Support production deployments, operations, and maintenance activities.
  • Monitor metrics and improve logging, reporting, and alerting.
  • Foster agile principles and participate in Scrum ceremonies.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams, product managers, support, and security teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Excellent knowledge of Java and related frameworks like Spring/Spring Boot.
  • Experience with JavaScript and related frameworks.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD practices, build, and deployment technologies.
  • Proficiency in working with REST APIs.
  • Experience working in production with AWS Cloud infrastructure.
  • Understanding of security concepts and vulnerability management.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • Familiarity with DevOps practices.
  • Knowledge of containerization using Docker.
