Business Development Operations Manager

Job Summary:

This is a key role that involves overseeing business development operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, improving productivity, and ensuring compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintain a clean and organized facility, and uphold overall upkeep standards.
  • Monitor vehicle connections, availability, and ensure timely unloading/loading of vehicles, tracking key performance metrics.
  • Plan and coordinate ad-hoc vehicle requirements based on load profiles with the fleet team.
  • Maintain service levels and monitor performance metrics across various functions.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination among teams, including commercial, security, fleet, and last mile.
  • Drive metrics improvement in inbound operations, outbound operations, floor operations, quality metrics, and first mile metrics.
  • Oversee Human Resources/Employee-related Key Result Areas (KRAs) such as Diversity Hiring, Employee Morale, and Employee Safety.
  • Mentor and develop team members through capability building initiatives.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, driving them to closure, and adopt industry best practices like Kaizen, Lean, and Six Sigma for shop floor management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Females are preferred for this role.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree from a Tier 1 college.
  • Experience: 1-3 years post-graduation.
