Job Title: Motion Graphics Designer

We are seeking a skilled professional to create high-impact motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns, social media, video content, presentations, and advertisements.

  • This role requires the ability to conceptualize, design, and produce engaging visual narratives that capture audiences' attention.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience working with Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) and knowledge of 3D animation software (Cinema 4D, Blender).
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of motion design projects, including commercial and campaign work, is essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement motion design strategies that meet business objectives.
  2. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling visual narratives.
  3. Create motion assets (2D/3D animation, typographic animation, explainer videos, etc.) that engage target audiences.
  4. Work within brand guidelines to maintain consistency across all visual touchpoints.
  5. Stay updated with the latest design trends, animation tools, and advertising techniques to ensure innovative solutions.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of proven experience in motion graphics design, preferably within a creative or advertising agency.
  • Solid understanding of timing, pacing, and storytelling through animation.
  • Familiarity with video editing, sound design, and basic compositing.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative creative team.
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with UI/UX animation or interactive media.
  • Basic scripting or expressions knowledge in After Effects.
  • Experience working with clients from diverse industries.
