About the Role

The Position

As a Senior Lead – Global Customer Insights at Novo Nordisk, you will drive high-quality primary market research for key products, portfolios, and areas of interest on a country, regional, and global level. You will develop and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders across HQ, Regions, and Top-10 affiliates to ensure alignment and successful attainment of common targets.

  • Lead external vendors and challenge them on the rationale behind insights, approach, and overall quality of deliverables.
  • Thrive in addressing ambiguity and shifting priorities, demonstrating urgency in your approach to work.
  • Operate with a high level of independence in operational decisions.
Qualifications

To be our Senior Lead – Global Customer Insights, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

  • 10+ years of pertinent experience in customer insights or consulting within the healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Education from premier (Tier 1) institutions, holding a master's degree in science or management, either from India or abroad are preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience.
  • Atleast 50% of experience in front-end or client facing role involving direct interaction with global or regional brand/commercial/strategy teams or end-users of customer insights or senior leadership.
  • Strong team player, with experience of coaching or collaborating with internal or external teams like vendors.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively navigate a diverse, and international matrix environment.
  • Good presentation skills, with demonstrated ability to structure presentations and convey compelling narratives.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to elevate data to insights.
About the Department

The Commercial – GBS unit is responsible for driving deliverables for multiple Corporate Vice President (CVP) areas within Commercial – GBS. This includes Insulin, GLP-1 and Obesity Marketing, Market Access, Insights, and Commercial Operations.
